stock analyst, also author of a new book called Choose Yourself.

James, how's it going?

Frank, it's great to talk to you, gosh, it's been like four or five years since the street

.com.

It's times of change.

It's times of change a lot, man.

It's been crazy.

We were fortunate enough where I took Porter, Porter Stansbury has a podcast and I actually

subbed in for him and you happen to be the guest on that podcast, which is cool and

we had a great interview for like an hour, but my audience for the S&A investor podcast

may not know you as well.

And I want to start out by talking about your book, which is creating a lot of buzz, Choose

Yourself.

Porter Stansbury calls his book at Instant Classic.

He doesn't really talk too much about books, but he's really high on this.

I mean, what was your inspiration behind the book?

Talk a little bit about it.

Well, Frank, I basically say that in this world and this economy, everyone that you thought

was going to choose you for safety whether it was your corporations or your banks or the

government or your education or whatever, all of these things have abandoned you.
