Jamal Adams trade. He is now in the NFC West with the rival Seattle Seahawks, a

blockbuster trade this weekend. What does it mean for the Jets, the Seahawks and of course the 49ers?

Kyle Scheinhan was on Chris Sim's podcast and said some interesting things. So my takeaways from that conversation, COVID-19 testing in place.

Rookies are in the building right now. There is some problems though with COVID-19

testing, some hiccups in Major League Baseball how that might impact

the NFL season and some good news on Derek McKinnon.

Looks like the draft picks are all coming in to be signed so we will get into all of those things on today's program as

trainee camp is slowly inching closer and closer with more players reporting

tomorrow as we do here through closer with more players reporting tomorrow.
