A lottery scam based in Jamaica is stealing billions of dollars from unsuspecting Americans.

Scammers are spending money just as quick as they make it.

The government is taking the fight to the criminals.

But the damage is already done.

This isn't a victimless crime and it's not pilfering from rich people.

They didn't really know what to do because I'm thinking to myself,

what if this was my grandfather or my grandmother?

I thought, oh my god, you know?

I couldn't believe it.
