yeah it's good to talk to you um we were scheduled to do this um before january first 20 25 uh you and i

have been texting a little bit and then january first happened so i think it would be appropriate to

start there at least uh and just ask how you're doing you had that that

fibula injury and everybody kind of saw what happened and being taken off the court in the game

against Orlando how are you doing this is just a few days after everything happened as we're

recording this uh I'm actually chilling my bedroom right now I'm I doing all right now. I've been, these past

couple of days, I've actually been like some of the toughest days I've had in my lifetime,

as far as like pain goes, just having, you know, a major surgery. Like, you're going to have a lot of pain after it.

But the surgery actually went really well.

You know, I'm on pace to, you know, make a full recovery to return back to basketball.

Obviously, it'll take a couple of months to get, you know, kind of, you know, just the muscle back, whatever.

Yeah.

And my leg.

But I'm doing really well.

When I actually happened, it was, I was, you know, screaming in a lot of pain.

But, you know, once I realize, you know, this is what, you know, the Lord is, you know, screaming in a lot of pain. But, you know, once I realize, you know, this is what,

you know, this is just a trial that, you know, the Lord is going to get me through, you know,

it left me with a lot of peace. So I'm doing work right now, though. That's good. And we're so

glad that, you know, the surgery was a success um it's funny it's

i keep thinking about james one and i i don't mean there's so many different places in scripture

that points to trials but james one is him literally saying considerate joy when you face trials
