Guess who's back on the show? The Garden Hermit shock is here in physical space. This

0:19.5

isn't even the best interview. He's here at the epic office. I'm back. We're here to

0:23.5

talk a little bit about the garden, I think. I think so. So we talked with Chris a little

0:27.8

bit ago and now it is your turn, Jacques. How is the garden going? So the garden right now is in

0:34.5

this like weird middle of summer period where last week I basically called out and challenged

0:40.9

that I had no powdery mildew. It was like two weeks ago. I was like, wow, this year I've got

0:45.5

no powdery mildew. Everything's great. And then now I'm starting to get a little bit of that.

0:50.2

Don't tempt the gods. Don't ever tempt the gods like that again. That's such a risky thing to say.

1:15.6

to two pounds. I'm actually really excited. I'll definitely be sharing on my Instagram when

1:19.9

it's ready. But other than that, like it's been a wonderful year for tomatoes, corn,

1:25.2

peppers, and eggplant for me. It's kind of been like a banner summer crop year. I've had perfect

1:31.2

corn pollination. I'm getting like tons of tomatoes on a nice consistent basis. Your corn

1:36.1

looks really going to have to say. Yeah, it was, it was really quite the surprise. I'm really happy

1:40.1

with how that came out, to be honest. And my peppers are just exploding right now. Like I've never had

1:46.4

such a intensely successful pepper harvest on all ranges of pepper sizes from small ones,

1:52.6

like bikinos and chachitos, up to these giant Italian frying peppers called Escamillo. Like,

1:57.9

I have these 10-inch peppers that are coming in wonderfully and like insanely productive. So

2:05.0

I think it's just like all the effort in spring of trying to prepare the best environment,
