Summary

My next guest is one of the true young rising stars in Hollywood, and I am a big fan of his talents. He is an accomplished singer, dancer, and actor. He first came on my radar when he starred in the movie Sleight. But that was one of many movies he has been seen, such as in COLLATERAL BEAUTY, D.E.T.R.O.I.T., K.R.Y.S.T.A.L., CANDY JAR, and box office hits include RIDE ALONG and THE MAZE RUNNER. Now you can see him every Sunday night starring in season 3 of Showtime's original series The Chi, where he plays the character Emmett Washington.  This season is filled with many new stars.  Kandi Burruss will play Roselyn Perry, the estranged wife of Douda (guest star Curtiss Cook), back at his side to influence his political agenda and to help herself. Luke James will play Victor "Trig" Taylor, Jake's (Michael V. Epps) estranged older brother who wants to reunite his fractured family but takes an unconventional approach. La La Anthony will play Dominique "Dom" Morris, a savvy businesswoman with dreams of more lucrative opportunities. Lil Rel Howery will play Zeke Remnick, the owner of Sonny's building, who cares less about the community than the bottom line. He is on the show to discuss being Black in America, his acting career and Showtime Network’s “The Chi” television series. Please welcome to Money Making Conversations, Jacob Latimore.
