USC has progressively gotten worse and I feel like and I didn't know this was the case to begin

with Esther but it just feels like LSU's gotten incrementally better every week and what has been the reason for that in your mind?

Well honestly if you take a look at you know Brian Kelly had LSU it's kind of gotten like that every single year and now you want to fix the slow starts but wildly enough

LSU's lost five straight season openers but you know in the BK era they've done that obviously every time but they've still

won 10 games and so I'm not really sure where you point out the most and every year has

been a little bit different but I think the offense kind of started the season

really strong even to get U.S. they had some great performances but I really think

it's that defense that has stepped up and they've kind of figured out the

roles for everybody like you know
