Today, I have a real pioneer in the studio with me, Jacqueline Johnson, who is the founder

and CEO of Create and Cultivate.

It's an incredible company featuring a career-minded nationwide conference in media platform,

primarily from millennial women, and it's growing incredibly quickly.

They've already held over 75 events around the country with huge speakers and panelists,

including Kim Kardashian West, Chelsea Handler, Jessica Alba, who I had the good fortune

of interviewing, Chrissy Teigen, plus yours truly, along with my lovely business partner,

Catherine Power.

Jacqueline is also the author of a new book called Work Party, which is coming out on August

21st.

As you might have guessed, Jacqueline didn't start her career with this huge company and

a spot on the Forbes 30 under 30 list.

No, no.

Like many of you, she actually began her career in social media marketing and worked with

influencers long before they were called that.

It's a really interesting journey and one that I am so happy she is sharing today.
