0:31.0	intermediary court in Georgia have decided to postpone the hearing on the
0:36.4	on both Swani Willis's motion to dismiss the appeal and on the appeal itself till
0:40.9	well after the election what does it? Is there going to be a trial in 2025?
0:47.0	We're going to talk about that. Then we're going to talk about Judge Aline Cannon. We just have to. We talked about a love letter that was sent by way of a concurrence from Clarence
1:00.0	Clarence Thomas to Alien Cannon, which has now been called a concurrence,
1:06.5	because this was nothing but just a message that he wanted Alien Cannon
1:11.8	to find that the special counsel was illegitimate, was not properly
1:17.7	appointed, not properly funded, and the whole indictment, along with all the other co-conspirators, should just be tossed out the window.
1:24.8	She's hated this case from day one since before day one.
1:28.1	Now, Clarence Thomas gave her an exit ramp.
1:31.1	Look at Clarence Thomas in the middle of all this. This is a guy that
1:33.3	should have accused himself, never made any decisions at all given his wife's
1:37.9	involvement in the insurrection and yet he was involved with helping Donald Trump not once but twice, joining the majority in the immunity decision in July on July 1st, and writing a concurrence in the immunity decision, which was a message directly to screw up and
1:58.0	throw a monkey wrench directly into Maralago's prosecution on behalf of the Special Council.
