0:45.0	So the Jack's knot. Very, very simple knot. Pass the line through the eye of the hook.
0:50.0	Bring it up, make a loop with your finger, pass the tag end around both standing lines and back through the loop.

1:03.8	This is the Jack's knot.
1:05.2	Now we're gonna test it.
1:09.3	So the Jack's knot. This knot impressed me in several ways. First of all, it is incredibly easy to tie. Second, it is incredibly compact. And it's pretty strong. It tested out with 15 pound floor carbon.
1:26.8	It tested out 12.86, 12.49, 12.30 for an average breaking strength 12.55 which is 84% breaking strength.
