Instead, it was a collective showing by the Lakers.

DeAndre 8, 25 points on 10 of 10 from the field plus 13 rebounds. Jared Vanderbilt, two points, but nine rebounds off the bench, constant defensive activity plus 25 in the plus minus. Just a lot of

guys, as the saying goes, starring in their roles. LeBron James was an anchor, 24 points,

four rebounds, seven assists, and two blocks.

The best defense, this team has played in quite some time and something they needed to have
