We tend to think that we need to go from beginning to the middle to the end of whatever we're doing,

months, we're beginning a deeper focus on key concepts of mindfulness and circularity.

So what really is circularity? Think of it like this. Sustainability

asks us to sustain what we're presently doing while also being mindful of resources and looking

for better ways to do things. Regeneration asks us to build systems that can regenerate,

especially as it relates to our ecosystems,

food procurement, and things along those lines. And circularity asks us to think through

creating cradle to cradle solutions, as opposed to just cradle to grave, breathing new life

into things, thinking about durability. Each of these concepts really has some overlap, but

circularity in my mind houses regenerative principles and sustainability and mindfulness.

And I think this is also true of mindfulness. Mindfulness interlocks with each of these things.
