Sorry for the lack of commitment on my part. I've been in and out doing some big things on my side

of the fence, but don't worry. I have not forgotten about you guys. I honestly think about this

podcast probably more than my own children at

time at times and it's really powerful to know that I need to be there for you

guys as much as you're here for me so I appreciate you for listening in if this is

it relates to you personally. Now, today is not so much a planned concept, but it's really

about you and about me and about us. And it's interesting because when you start to go and unravel

the onion of who we are and what we're

about and who we strive to become it's very unique and I think we all get motivated at all

different times in our life and it makes me kind of wonder a why we're here what's the

reasoning behind it why is it that we struggle to discover ourselves?

Why is it we discover to be healthy?

And we kind of zig and zag ying and yang.

We're like a yo-yo.

Sometimes we're down low, sometimes we're up high.

And it's a really interesting conversation.
