And as always, I'm joined by pitcher lists, full pen expert, Rick Graham.

Rick, how's it going?

We were talking a little bit earlier about how tired we are in the season.

What do you do to keep you going in the day are you somebody like that work that you need to get up

go on a walk or you somebody who's like just chug in energy treats uh i'm definitely uh two

cups of coffee at least per day you know one, one in the morning, one in the afternoon.

That's like a must.

I do try to, depending on, yeah, I mean, maybe go for a walk a lunchtime, at least try to get

out, definitely get out of the office.

I'm not, I'm not wanting to sit at my desk and eat lunch.

I'm like, no, I'm going to go sit in my car.

I'm going to be that guy.

I'm going to relax, get some, you know, time away from everyone.

So, yeah, that's especially, but this time, this time of year with the heat and humidity out here,

it's been gross the last couple

weeks.

It's been harder to kind of get outside.

So, yeah.

Are you somebody that brings a lunch to work every day or do you go buy lunch?
