And John, before we get started, just a quick thanks to you and your wife, Annie, for putting on the highly successful Bridgerland Paradex conference.

I was there, I got invited, which was so amazing of you guys.

I was there chatting with people, signing books, and I of course spoke, and that was my first speaking engagement.

And I think it went pretty darn well.

And I was very nervous, but once I got started, I think it's like anything else.

You just kind of, you kind of roll with it.

So I just wanted to say thanks again for that.

And I am so looking forward to next year.

This year was so successful that it looks like we will be doing a two day event next October.
