Wednesday, we had a Patriot episode. We were pretty sure it was over. Yeah. We said that was the fun part. Well, not that much as well. And the truth is, things have gone sort of. Cleveland's way, I guess, as much as it tested. We lost one on Wednesday, but then Cleveland lost yesterday. Yeah. It still feels like, I mean, all the same stuff applies. I know we shouldn't, but it's over. I think it's pretty much over. I might as well lean into it because the title of my article on Wednesday morning or Wednesday night was. It's over. Why the twins can stop focusing on the guardians and start focusing on the playoffs or something like that. My editor chose the headline. It was a fun week to be on that this week because we recap the Rangers series on Monday, which was a fun series.

And then we recapped the first two games of the Cleveland series, which were really fun.

We recorded our last Patreon episode on Wednesday morning between games two and three. And it was a little, it was especially weird because we finished recording that at like, I don't know, 10.30, 11 o'clock. And their first pitch was at 12.10 our time. So it was like, well, it's mostly over. And if in an hour from now, by the time you guys listen to this, most people don't listen to it in the first eight minutes, although we're always shocked that it's like 2,000 downloads in like 10 minutes. But I was like, well, if they win the third game, it's like actually over. They didn't win the third game. They could have. It also gave people something to listen to during the rain delay. That's true. It was a very strange game. It had a very... Did you expect the pitchers to come back out? No, but I didn't either. Dan said that, because Dan was there, Dan Hayes of the athletic, best known for his handsome partner.

And his inability to catch baseballs. You know, you said it. I didn't. It's a little sensitive about that. He just sits there now and goes, I just need one more. I just need a chance. I was giving him a hard time last night about that. Oh, you're talking to the last night? Is that? No, I did not see you. We were texting, Jilly. Yeah, I sent him a video.

There's a video of a minor league announcer catching a foul ball and praising himself and announcing him catching in the foul ball. Well, now Dan has like PTSD from it, which is anytime a fall ball gets hit into the press box. And the press box is pretty large. Like, it fits like 100 people. Like there's a, you know, there's a front row that's probably, I don't know, 40 seats.
