Today I want to bring you a tale which involves a lady called Nicky and a wall, well the wall doesn't have a name, but here's the story.

A few weeks ago on Radio on Breakfast, I put something up on my Instagram story that changed one

listener's life forever. It was a video showing a wall at Radio 1 which is

outside the lift, that everyone sees every single day, every

DJ, every member of staff, every special celebrity guest that comes into the

building they all see this wall.

On that wall is a picture of a young lady.

At a festival on someone's shoulders,

for the want of a better phrase, having it large.

That girl, it turns out, is Nicky, who grew up in a small town in Derbyshire.

Her sister saw my Instagram story and alerted her and said, Oh my God why is my sister on the wall? And she'd never been told of this and for six years Nicky had been the face that

greets everyone at Radio 1 and she was none the wiser. From a small town in Derbyshire that hadn't seen the likes of

Jay-Z, Adele, Tom Cruz, Justin Bieber and Jennifer Lawrence, but they'd all
