I'm playing the guitar because two weeks ago we asked our audience to come up with a ditty,

and no ditty has been in.

We have not received any suggestions.

No ditty.

So I say, Zend Parenting Radio.

All right, that's it.

And he's playing on our daughter's new pink guitar that she's been playing every night before bed.

The reason I had enough confidence to do that is one is if you want to be good at something,

you need to make an idiot out of yourself, or at least you need to be willing to make an idiot out of yourself.

And I have a boss named Jim who is more than willing to make an idiot out of himself every

time we go to a convention.

He embarrasses himself, he dresses up and drag.

He's a crazy, crazy dude.

But you know what?

He's successful at what he does, so he has the guts to do it. Well, not only that, but I always say to your boss, Jim, I always say you bring humor to

your industry.

Absolutely.

You bring lightness.

And the industry that I'm in is precast concrete, and it is at times a very boring industry.
