0:39.1	incredibly elusive for him to help people measure. He tells me over and over again. The thing
0:44.4	that he can't quite measure and help people measure is how much is enough. In a world that's
0:51.4	bent on never-ending treadmill-like consumption, how can we tell when we have enough?
0:58.6	It's hard to measure, isn't it? I'm reminded of the famous Rockefeller quote when he was asked how much money it takes to make someone happy, and his witty response was just a little bit more.
1:08.8	Other sources cite him saying just one more dollar. The point, as long as
1:14.1	there's an ability to accumulate more, there's no fortune that would ever feel like enough.
1:21.3	Have you measured how much is enough for you? How would you know that you have it once it's in your hands? And of course, we don't have
1:30.9	to spotlight the topic of money when it comes to the metrics of enough. How much scrolling is enough?
1:38.2	How much success is enough? How much sex, food, alcohol, streaming, status, activities for you or your kids?
1:48.5	In virtually any realm of the human experience, we can find ourselves chasing enough, yet
1:55.1	never really defining it. And so, we're left forever chasing enough, yet never clinging to it. Enough may be one of the most
2:06.7	elusive things for people to measure and define. Maybe that's because we haven't done sufficient
2:12.6	work measuring and defining what we really want and really need to begin with, not just how much of it
