Here in Washington, D.C., it's about 8.30 in the morning on April 12th.

Abortion rights continues to royal the nation's politics.

Coming on the heels of bombshell news out of Florida recently,

former President Donald Trump released a video affirming his support for the overturning of Roe versus Wade

and that the matter should be decided by the states.

The very next day, the Arizona Supreme Court said,

Hold My Beer, and allowed its 1864 territorial law criminalizing virtually all abortions to take effect.

Democrats quickly pounced. Meanwhile, the Senate prepared for an impeachment trial, but the House left them at the altar, delaying their delivery of impeachment articles against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Majorcas until at least Monday.

Speaking of the House, GOP leaders have struggled to round up the votes to reauthorize key sections

of an intelligence gathering law.

Is there any chance that the House can do other important things like fund and outgunned

Ukraine against Russia?
