It was two years ago today some of you will remember the name corporal Charles Galloway of Ted Heaps fifth Fifth Precinct, Constable's Office.

It was early that morning and Corporal Galloway

who was a field training officer, FTO, which means he would usually have another officer with him

that he's teaching and checking in to make sure that they're following the right protocol.

But that day he happened to be riding alone.

Actually that night, it was an overnight shift and this was into the early morning.

Pulse the hour for a traffic violation. We don't know what the traffic violation was yet because of what's about to happen

So turns the lights on guy pulls over to the side he pulls in behind him

He's getting out, and before he can fully get out of the car or

get on the radio, the turd jumps out of his car with a rifle and puts over a dozen rounds through the windshield,

killing Corporal Galloway.

The Turd jumps back in his car and speeds off. So a manhunt begins.

Multiple agencies trying to track this guy down.

U.S. Marshals came in, everyone's trying to get him.

And finally they apprehended him in Mexico.

They still won't confirm that he was illegal, but he's illegal.

And he had a warrant from another country for murder about 20 years ago because as it turns out there's two types of people

really violent people and everybody else. We're not all equally violent. You get a murderer, you

put him in a cage or you kill him. Because that's a rabbit dog.

He doesn't turn around.

Well, the illegal is still in Harris County Jail.
