Okay, we're going to get to the story about Congressman Tony Gonzalez,

who represents South Texas and the death of his aide-slash-mistress.

Now, I believe I mentioned it to you on this podcast.

I went back for a few episodes.

I couldn't find it, but I know I've tweeted about it. I know I've talked about it. And I heard about it when it first happened.

Tony Gonzalez, for those who don't know, represents South Texas, is very disliked, allegedly,

among colleagues in the Congress. He denied the allegations of this affair. Evidence is mounting

that the affair was real that he had

ghosted his mistress who ended up killing herself. It is wild the claims. We will get to that

during our interview. So stay tuned for that. I want to first talk to you guys about the state

of polls going into this midterms, and I want to start about California,

a state that I don't cover a ton.

California has something called a jungle primary.

Basically, every party candidate runs in the same primary,

and then the top two go to the general.

And of course, there's universal mail-in ballots,

so mill-in-voting.
