I turn to Matthew Chapter 7 and Luke Chapter 6 and we're going to continue our series entitled

Live to Give. In other words, where giving becomes a lifestyle for us and it becomes a desire that we want to give to people in every area,

not just financially, but we want to give love, we want to give kindness, we want to serve,

we want to be a blessing to people. And this week the title of the message is, it's a heart issue.

And the reason I'm saying this is because it's something that God has to do in our heart.

He wants to change our hearts. We are born takers and we are born again

givers. And what I'm trying to do is what the Bible calls I'm trying to renew our

minds so that we understand that we really

are givers that we want to give and we need to understand that God wants us to give.

But the problem is that many times there's still some selfishness in our hearts that God has

to root out.

So we're going to talk about it's a heart issue.

And I'm going to show you how money relates to other areas of our lives as well.

All right?

Matthew chapter 7, look at verses 1 and 2.

Judge not that you be not judged.

For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged, and with the measure

you use it will be measured back to you.

Now I want to read it again, I'm going to read it a little slower and

emphasize some words and I want you to see if you can tell me what the the

context is or the topic of these two verses all right judge not that you be not judged for

with what judgment you judge, are you picking up what the topic could be of this verse?
