I think I got stolen from by

some sort of scam artist.

I don't know that I've ever been stolen from. I probably have been

and don't know it.

I got a letter, an email allegedly from the DMV saying how

much I owed on my, to register for something that I had some vehicle that we don't use that had

lapsed or something. Anyway, owed some money. And I thought, is this a scam thing? Because I went to the DMV website and I couldn't

come up with it anywhere there, but it's very hard to use that website. And it's not user-friendly

at all. And so it doesn't necessarily mean that, anywho, it had the last five numbers of my VIN. So I thought, that's a pretty good

indication that this is real. How would I have the last fit? But anyway, I paid it and I didn't get

any confirmation email from the DMV like you usually do. I can't come up with anything anywhere.

I think I just paid somebody.
