Juliet Lamar and joining us today is Isaiah Mark he is the co-founder and director of sales at The Hired.

Welcome, I think you so much thank you for having me. It's very exciting.

So, Errikk, go ahead and tell us about Be Hired.

Sure. So the project originated about 13, 14 months ago.

And part of the reason that drove us down this path

is my partners and I have about together about 60 years of recruiting and staffing

experience as company owners recruiters salespeople so we know this space very well

and we've come to a point in realization that the industry is severely

outdated and broken and we have to find a way to fix it. More importantly we have to find a way to fix it. More importantly, we have to find a way

to reduce the cost of hiring.

We have to find a way to make it easier for employers and candidates to meet in a trustworthy, transparent

environment.

So after long nights of thinking and figuring out how we can approach this, we decided that the best way to is to incorporate blockchain technology, gamification, incentive mechanisms, and give candidates the power to own their data again and subsequently

remove all the middlemen and the rent seekers in the system.

I was the primary driver and the thoughts behind the project.

So, yeah, give us a little bit more insight into, you know, the problems that you're trying to solve and really how big those problems are.
