Malcolm, a very good evening to a decision that is vital to people who have been victims of terror.

And yes, a very important ruling that held that foreign entities that killed Americans abroad

through acts of terror can be held to account in American courts.

In 2004, U.S. citizens sued the Palestinian Authority for its role in

terror attacks. They killed their families. We had a New York federal jury found the PA liable,

but the Second Circuit then held the authority couldn't be subject to jurisdiction. Now the Supreme

Court has unanimously rejected the second court's interpretation of the law. This is very important.

It cites the Taylor Force Act and the Palestinian authorities pay to slave policy. This will

open the door for many to seek some sort of recommends for the suffering and the losses

at the hands of the Palestinian terror.

Malcolm, we're going to stay in the United States because the report is that the prime minister is due in in the new week to visit with President Trump.
