This is CBSI in the world. I'm John Batchley. October 7th, 2023, a day in infamy to borrow

phrase from Franklin Delano Roosevelt following the Pearl Harbor attack. Right now, there

are moving facts everywhere. The President of the United States has visited Israel, embraced

Benjamin Netanyahu and made remarks that are sustaining to the Israeli people and the

peaceful people of the region. At the same time, there are protests across the globe

at embassies associated with either NATO or the European Union or the United States or

Israel. In particular, protests that were ferocious at the British embassy and the French

embassy in Tehran, protests in Beirut, protests in Cairo, that will continue. The predicate

for that is the alleged attack on a hospital in Gaza that is left, perhaps hundreds dead.

There's no accurate counting. The President in his remarks with the Prime Minister confirmed

that US intelligence says that attack is the product of a missile strike, a missile

that likely originated from other Islamic jihad or Hamas. The missiles often go errant and

they land in this instance right on top of people who were seeking aid. That is left

everyone horrified, but of course we need the facts and you will remember Mark Twain.

The lag was around the world while we're getting our boots on. Well, the boots are on
