Organization. It's just back from Israel and we turn to Nevada to talk about Israel.

The red flag exercise following the Juniper Oak exercise. This is military language,

so I welcome Bradley Bowman of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy. The reason I

need Brad here is to interpret these things. Brad is the senior director of the Center on

Military and Political Power at the FDD. Brad, a very good evening to you. What is red flag

and what was Juniper Oak and what are we describing here with the IAF operating with the USAF

in Nevada? Good evening to you. Good evening to you to both and thanks for

our opportunity to come on again. Yeah, you know, the military loves its fancy names for

exercises. Juniper Oak, right to strong trees combined in one name for one exercise, but that

was an exercise in January. It was a US Israel combined military exercise in late January,

held over Israel and in the Eastern Mediterranean that the Pentagon called the largest and most

significant military exercise ever between the United States and Israel. I can go on and on and

detail the bottom line is we're talking about a US Air Care of Care, a strike group, tons of

fourth and fifth generation aircraft, refuelers, bombers, basically rehearsing what would

essentially be an attack on Iran. So that's what Juniper Oak was. KC-46 refueling aircraft

were there. They did not refuel Israeli aircraft. We'll talk in a minute, maybe why that's significant.

The ongoing red flag exercise is an annual exercise held twice a year in the United States in

Nevada, Nellis Air Force Base and a massive training complex out there. It's the Air Force's

largest live fly exercise anywhere held. It's you have a red flag or an aggressor squadron that
