0:58.7	Rose Garden this afternoon. He says it is designed to be permanent. Israel and Hezbollah will have
1:04.1	60 days to withdraw from the fighting area. The president said he hopes the deal puts pressure on
1:09.3	Hamas now to make a deal as well.
