breaking this morning, Israel and Hamas have agreed to a ceasefire to be implemented in the

coming weeks and months. Biden, of course, is taking credit without explaining why this materializes only when he's

leaving. Meanwhile, the Trump cabinet hearings are on. There were a half dozen today, including

Pam Bondi for Attorney General. But the real show was all the shrillist harpies against Pete

Heggseth yesterday. I will get to that. And the

philosophy of women in combat roles, as was the substance of much of that hearing. Later in the show,

now former special counsel, Jack Smith, remember he's out because Trump's taking office next week.
