writing most recently at real clear politics, about what we're learning of higher education in America

following the overwhelming attack hard to describe it on Israeli civilians by killers who identified with a

killer organization called Hamas. The reaction is shocking in many instances across the country and yet

building for years on other subjects and here it comes to the murder of

Israeli Jewish citizens and others.

You've written at real clear politics

cogently about administrators at major universities,

some of the most elite on the planet, having confronted the facts of October 7th.

And right now I would say there's a lack of clarity.

I'm being diplomatic.

A lack of clarity about how they're responding.

Was this coming a long time or are we surprised Peter?

Many people are surprised but they shouldn't be surprised.

Yes of course this has been coming for a long time.

We hear the expressions of solidarity. By the way, now it's Palestinian people, but with Hamas,

this jihadist organization that conducted a massacre on Israeli territory took the lives in cold

blood of 1400 civilians gunned down 260 young people in the desert, committed rape, took hostages 200 to 250 hostages. all of this is being justified on elite campuses as
