Chronic inflammation is the leading cause of many serious health diseases today.

But inflammation itself isn't all bad. In fact, without inflammation, your life

would probably be a lot shorter. That's because inflammation is your body's process of fighting

against illness, injury, and other negative effects. In other words, it's your body's defense

We can split inflammation into two categories, acute and chronic.

Acute inflammation often involves injuries, whether they are cuts or sprains, burns,
