0:27.3	here in the States. How did that happen? They just, they really helped to bring me to the
0:32.8	faith. I just graduated from Yale at the time and I was converted to Catholicism. Now I'm
0:40.4	studying with them.
0:41.4	Wow. Awesome. So for those who aren't aware of you and I'm sure that's most people since
0:46.0	I don't think you have a big online presence. Do you? No. Give it just sort of sum up
0:50.4	your story before before we dive into it.
0:53.6	I grew up in Washington DC where I searched through almost everything that secular society
0:59.6	has to offer all the different personal growth systems, all the different truths. The
1:06.0	main one was catchmarish alvism, a sophisticated type of yoga, which I went really in depth
1:11.7	into. That brought some good things, but also some bad things, a lot of bad things. All
1:19.9	these smaller truths led me finally to Catholicism. I was especially inspired by the glory of
1:27.6	Christ in sacrificing himself to raise all of us up to more truth and love. When we
1:33.2	bathed host, I was baptized two and a half years ago. I was at the Dominican house of studies.
1:37.8	Wow. And what about your family? With a Christian you weren't baptized? No. My family
1:44.2	and my upbringing in general were very anti-Christian. Oh wow. I had a lot of stereotypes about
