And he's been doing some research into the finding of really an old ancient relic, something that goes back to the Bible, Genesis, and that is Noah's Ark.

Awesome. Cool. So people who haven't heard your background, can you talk where your interest in looking into this site began and what led you to write this article candidate site for Nozard?

Certainly. I'm not a professional historian or archaeologist, but I've been very

interested in ancient history. I've been working for about 14 years on a book on the chronology

of ancient history. And in the process of researching that book, ran into a number of problems

with Babel being in lower Mesopotamia,

which, you know, Babylon and what's today Iraq.

And I was looking for a better solution to the problem.

Something that I had found was that there was an ancient king named Sargon of Akkad.

And Sargon of Akkad claimed that he had invaded this country to the north called Subartu,

and that after he conquered them, he says, I dug dirt from the pit of Babylon,

and I built a new Babylon outside of my city of a cat.

And so that got me wondering if the Tower of Babel was in a completely different location from what was later known as Babylon.
