Okay, so let's start with the basics.

What is sugar?

Well, sugar comes in so many forms that it's actually incredibly difficult to figure out what you're

eating has any sugar. So for instance sugar is a carbohydrate and a

And depending on how those carbon atoms are a range, it's one of the main sources of finding
