Hope everyone has some fun plans for the weekend. It's a summertime. Get out there and enjoy yourself.

You know, the sports calendar slows down a little bit. Baseball's heading into the All-Star break. So you know what? This is the time to enjoy ourselves before we get

into the grind of football season, which is, I don't know if I'm there yet, PJ, in terms of

like wanting that grind to happen right now, but I think about a week, I'm going to want that

football grind. Like, like, I'm going to want that football grind. I'm going to want that

coming pretty soon here because we love the national football league and we love college football.

But, you know, given the fact that the calendar is a little bit open, at times, for those of us in the

content space, we're looking for stories. We're looking for something like, please somebody

write something, somebody say something, somebody say something,

somebody do something that's interesting that we can talk about, that our audience will be

interested in.

Well, thank you ESPN and thank you Los Angeles Lakers for the story that we got earlier this

afternoon.

Earlier this afternoon, Ramona Shelburne and Brian Winhorse wrote an article for ESPN

on the Lakers succession plan going from LeBron, James, and Luca Donchich, and how it's been a little

bit tricky. PJ, I don't know if you got a chance to read the article, but I thought it was really,

really interesting and how the inner workings of this Luca Donchich new era has been kind of going through

things and how like the Lakers are trying to balance the two of like, hey, like we know that

Luca's the future, but then we also want to keep LeBron happy, but there's just no way to do that.

There's no way to do both.
