You haven't been here for four weeks. Hello, Swap Nation and a hello to you, Oliver Davis.

How the devil are you? I'm doing good. This is weird because we had some

setup issues. We've already done the Raw Podcast. Yeah. Usually we would record this

beforehand. We would have a nice lot of preamble and stuff. It's delightful to see you. Do you know what

I am? I learned from my time off. So I've had four weeks off as many people listening to this

will know because I've just had a kid. And it meant that I became a listener of the podcast.

So I would just wait until the podcast had been uploaded. And then I would listen to it.

I would often go out for walks with the kid, put the kid in the ground. I would just go for walks

around the block and around various different estates. And I would just walk for an hour and a half

listening to the podcast. Here is what I have learned. Oh no. Only you and I like doing these

intros and outros. Are all the others like three minutes long? Yeah. If it's loads on the show,

it's like, yeah, I've got nothing to say. Can we do the review and then I'm off? I've got other

things I need to do. Adam and Denise did five minutes at the start. And it was like contractual

obligation for them to do it. It was their anti-chemistry shot. And I just had to sort of like,

oh man, it's only me and Ollie they're like doing this. Pete likes it. I didn't like doing it.

Pete and Tim, you love doing this. Pete and Tim is like doing it as well. If it's anyone else,

it's like blood from stone territory. Yeah, I guess it takes like a particular sort of person

people who want to waffle really. Yeah. And Laurie is not a waffler. He is not. Laurie is like,
