Morgan Stanley analyst Eric Woodring spent some time in Taiwan recently

and came back with lots to talk about on iPhone and a little on the Mac.

pals are looking for iPhone shipments to be flat for calendar year 26, though the note points out

that full-year supply chain forecasts have yet to be finalized. The Morgan Stanley team thinks

Apple will bust up the iPhone 18 release cadence. If accurate, that'll see Apple releasing iPhone 18 Pro Max and the fabled foldable iPhone this fall with iPhone 18, iPhone 18E, and surprisingly iPhone 2, hitting in the spring of 2027.

The analysts expect Apple to produce between 7 million and 8 million of the foldable

phone in the second half of this year. They expect production to hit a total of 15 million
