Well, there's a whole lot of talk on this Friday, Halloween, happy Halloween to you, that President Trump wants the Republicans to get rid of the filibuster and open the government back up.

We'll get to that in a moment because it's a very big story.

And if he applies enough pressure, it could perhaps happen.

And we'll talk about the do's and don'ts, the rights and wrongs, about this weird procedural thing that we have in the Senate that is

wonky and complicated and all the kinds of stuff that I don't really like talking about here

on the podcast. But if this is where the filibuster ends, we've got to talk about it. Because I guess

if Trump wants it, we have to consider the possibility that it could happen. So more on that

in a moment. But there's a really big

story out there that nobody's talking about. And it's got my eye. And I am not, you know this.

I'm not a conspiracy guy. I don't think everything is the worst possible scenario of everything

you could possibly think of. I, you know, we've seen all these different people

that have, for example, over the last few weeks, really dug in on the Charlie Kirk assassination

and, you know, was Benjamin Netanyahu behind it? And did the young man really pull the trigger?

Is he up a stool? And all these other things? I don't spend any real time on those

things here on this podcast. If there is evidence and news of nefarious things that go on in the

world, we talk about them. We've seen a lot of that. Most of that typically comes from Democrats

as it pertains to things they allege against Donald Trump. Those are not conspiracies. We know what

these people will do. We know what they're all about. And we know what they'll say and attempt and try.

So that's totally different. But in this case, I'm surfing around in a lot of different places over

the last couple of days. And a lot of things aren't adding up. We're seeing Trump mobilize or notify

major cities across America that they want the National Guard to be on standby with like 500
