I'm hopping a plane back to ice cold Pittsburgh tomorrow morning ice cold. Is that where you grew up? I grew up in a little town in West Virginia, but a lot of people don't even know that that's a state. So we're

0:39.3

West Virginia. We're very close to Pittsburgh about 45 minutes out. Nice did that movie with Tom Cruise all the right moves. Get you guys all excited out there. Let you let you think shit was possible. Yeah. That was a good movie. It was a good movie. Hey so Luke Nestler owns a company called Impact Media. Tell them what do you do? Like what is your deal?

0:59.7

So Impact Media. We help businesses business professionals to get attention and turn that attention in the sales. We do it all through social media. We specialize just in that niche. We're we're growing company and a lot of exciting stuff going on right now.

1:15.2

Fantastic. Now when you say niche. Do you mean niche?

1:19.1

How do you want to say it tomorrow?

1:21.6

Yeah, but it's pronounced niche. It is niche. It is niche. We've had this argument outside of this studio many times because I used to say niche.

1:31.8

Like, you know, you got to find your niche and then someone from France came show me the origin of the word and basically said it's niche. My friend.

1:40.4

Is it mentor or mentor? Mentor. That's what I thought to. It's mentor. Of course. Who who knows?

1:48.2

2:00.8

And you never know because of dialects and various regions and things that things that take place over the years and end up, you know, saying it completely wrong.

2:11.1

I can tell you this though, Luke Nestler flew all the way in here for a couple of meetings and one of them was the old bemeister.

2:18.4

Absolutely. Appreciate you being here. That's why I got him on the horn because a lot of the people that listen to my podcast want to figure out how to build a brand, how to make sales, how to blow up their company, how to scale, how to get that attention.

2:33.6

So this podcast, hopefully this episode is about how does how does someone get that brand on social media? What problems do you see that most people do?

2:45.0

Like what problems and challenges do you see that companies or individuals are making on social media?

2:51.7

The first problem is everybody saying the same thing. I'm going to use real estate agents, for example, every real estate agent markets the same way that all their competitors market. Nobody's actually giving value.

3:04.7

Everybody saying buy my stuff, buy my stuff, buy my stuff. We've never once advertised on anything ever except social media.

3:12.2

And the way I've built my company is I built my personal brand. I let people know that I'm the expert in social media and the way that I did that was I taught them things. I still teach them things. Facebook's going through all these new algorithm updates.

3:24.7

I'm not going to hold it secret and sell it in, you know, some package. I'm going to tell everybody everything that I know. And then people like you will work with the experts. People like Mr. Monero will work with the experts.

3:37.6

Most people just want to say buy my product, buy my product. That is a right time, right place type of a move. But you have to build your brand first. And most people aren't doing that.

3:48.4

Now you've heard drop in bombs before. Correct. Oh, yeah. So you wouldn't be surprised if I
