listening to me talking and Grace probably pro prodding and asking questions.

Although to be fair I did say to Elliot I was like before this episode I was like

bro I'm really gonna need you to like help take the reins on this one and come up with

some topics usually we do it together we do it with Jack our producer guys the

inbox is currently sitting at 67 emails, all of which require actioning on my part.

I love that I also haven't opened my email inbox in three days because my policies if I ignore the emails and pretend they don't exist then I haven't not replied to anything.

I literally can't do that.

Yeah, no, no, it's actually bad that that policy is not good and it's got me in trouble

even though I'm running so fast this week and I feel like I'm just like

literally bouncing between a hundred things every day and it's like mildly frantic I also feel like this is where I have the most

energy with work and I feel like I'm incredibly efficient when I have a lot on whereas some days if I'm like I don't have to do that much today.

It takes me all day to do not very many tasks.

When you were in the grind of like daily fortnight uploads a couple years ago and it was just so hectic and

there was new content and so many ideas all the time you just get in this flow and

even though it's like kind of mad and I'm like low-key anxious right now. It also feels amazing.
