This was always going to be a really important year for the Big 12 conference.

You have to provide ample evidence to your coaching staff that you are the best option

and you elevate the play of the players around you.

Alabama did exactly what they needed to do.

They still have zero margin for air now.

That week one just put them totally behind the eight ball.

Touchdowns.

These fans are the best in the country.

And I know that they blew out Louisiana Monroe, but I've got some thoughts about Alabama as they kind of bounced back. So we'll get into all of that, including maybe a little Colorado discussion as well as they're dancing around from a quarterback perspective.
