I believe that New York City is going to come back ferociously and with a vengeance.

When you have this generation of people my age and younger, get it through their thick skulls,

that New York City can't take for granted, that it's always going to be a luxury

product, that people are always going to pay an enormous premium to be here.

Coronavirus does not mean that the city is doomed.

Well, we need our leaders of that generation who appreciate that we need to compete.

We need to fight.

We need to scrap. And if we do do that we have a great story to tell.
