I'm Noah Feldman. Welcome to the first episode of our show. Before we kick off the season, I wanted to share a little bit about myself. I teach constitutional law at Harvard, and I write a column for Bloomberg Opinion. I really wanted to do this show because I love going to the deepest part of any subject to try to figure out what's really happening
