0:29.3	First of all, yes, we talk about things in a serious way.

1:05.2	We have a precept, which is take it easy.
1:08.6	You know, this shouldn't be strenuous on anybody.
1:12.6	If we're all breaking the sweat, we're not having fun.

1:16.9	So in last week's episode, this topic came up and we set it aside and we promised that we
