And we're just talking in the pre-show about all this stuff.

And he reached out to me.

He's been doing some work.

He's published a new book about fixing your mitochondria, which I have on my desktop.

I've not read it yet, but expect a show about that book in the future.

But he's also been doing research about somebody I'm interested in.

It's largely somebody has kind of like bounced around the alternate media to see some of these other people crop up like this guy, Carol.

And I mentioned this other guy that was Sean Ryan. Like, Sean Ryan is like almost

like the number one podcast of the world over, over Joe Rogan. I've seen him, he's like

battling in the standings, but also some of these other characters, Lex Friedman. It's not

Friedman, it's F-R-I-D-M-A-N. And he's just an interesting character. I don't know, like, his whole background, but John's done a lot of research. We have a lot of videos. I'm going to try to get them tabbed so we can listen to the audio. I also have some downloaded. But I also, it's back in the news because I've seen this video of Fridman talking to

Trump about how Trump's going to release the Epstein files. And then this whole thing happened a

couple days ago, which is a total joke. Like, it's completely laughable that our government
