0:54.5	reading for ourselves and and so much more and especially about you know taking
0:59.9	care of ourselves. So I'd love to begin by talking about what happens when we use our
1:06.3	spiritual gifts such as Tarot to help ourselves. You know we're so often focused on
1:11.2	helping and healing others that it might feel self-serving to focus on self-healing.
1:17.0	And I'd love to know what you have to say about that.
1:20.0	Well, I think it's important for anyone in any position of service to make sure that they are prioritizing themselves.
1:29.0	We always talk in the spiritual community about how you cannot pour from an empty cup.
1:34.0	And so if you're spiritually gifted or you're good with divination or weaving a story from images
1:40.4	or however you approach reading tarot, it's really important to say that your own
1:46.2	questions, your own situations are just as important as those of your clients.
