So she really zooms in on Hashimoto's and thyroid,

but when you're working clinically and you have to succeed with these thyroid cases,

you really have to become an expert in other places beyond thyroid.

Thyroid is just the marketing, right, to get people in the door.

Like, hey, I'm going to go to this thyroid chick because I have thyroid issues.

But then she will uncover many other things that are leading to the thyroid issue. And that's why this

functional medicine world is kind of tricky. So when you're looking for practitioners, when you're

seeking out someone to help you with your issues, you may fall for their marketing pitch, like

the gut guy. Like here's this leaky gut guy. He's going to sell you this elemental diet he's going to sell you this

leaky gut powder and you think everything's going to be resolved and it won't those are just the

marketing niches because niches are where the riches are is what all the business coaches teach people so

when you're a health person and then you're trying to make a business out of the

health career people they niche themselves down and I think it's good but it's a double-edged

sword I could rant on this all day but the point is if you go to the adrenal guy everything's

adrenal issues you go to the leaky gut guy, everything's leaky gut. Well,
