I'm great, Karen. I will let you know that the intern is afoot. So if you hear any crying in the

background, it's the cat. It's Sabrina. I just can't control her anymore. I'm done.

Like most interns, wild and out.

Yeah, she just, she's doing her own thing.

And I just have to let her get it all out of her system.

You know, we just had a big thunderstorm so she's a little on edge.

And so I have to just be understanding of her needs.

Understandable.

We had a flash flood here yesterday and today because climate change.

Ooh, hot topic. Literally hot. I don't like it.

Bonus, though. We don't have to water the garden on days that there's flash flooding.

Yeah. So, you know, you win some, you lose some.

Granted, where I live, it basically rains once a day anyway,

but it's been a particularly rainy period here.

And so I'm like, look, don't got to go out there with the house.
