Taylor, I got a couple things I need from you today.

I'm ready for it. So you have our self-described grill master,

and I'm grilling some steaks this evening.

Is, you know, we have a family gathering.

It's for about 12 to 14 people. So need basic tips on that what do you got for me

Ooh you're so you're gonna be grilling 12 to 14 stakes yes okay you need a thermometer. You need a meat thermometer.

That, I don't know if you can, if you have one or you can get it, otherwise it might be kind of tricky.

You might be flying kind of blind there, but I would say put that thing on medium heat three four minutes on each side

Don't be afraid to use that second rack you know if you think things are getting a little too

crispy and then definitely let them let them rest for you know five to ten minutes once you take them off you know you under cook them a little bit on the grill

You take them off and let them finish by themselves. You know you can wrap them up on the pan or something

All right.

That's gonna be tough for anyone.

Okay, I was gonna say you have now added to my insecurity

because I don't know if I have a thermometer.

We're out in the middle of the boonies,

and if I don't have one, I going to be thinking that was your first piece of advice

So man oh man I have to build up that second thing I need from you is I need you do the scoreboard today. That's easy.
